I am your occasional client and visited the saloon on 15.03.26 to get my relative's services done.Before my visit,I had been contacting their WhatsApp no from 3pm to get the voucher,no one even replied my massages.When I rang them,finally,a lady named Dua picked up my call and guided me the whole procedure.She said, "To get the services on voucher,all you need to do is pay 1700 and tell me the client name so that I can book your appointment,after our call,you can just share your payment receipt on our Whatsapp no.I told her the client name and she reconfirmed our appointment at 7pm.I also told her that,we can be slightly late,she then replied,then you'd have to wait for 30 minutes or so.Anyhow,as the call ended,I shared the 1700 Rs payment receipt on Whatsapp no at 4.07pm.I didn't receive any reply after that.When we reached there at about 7.30pm and told the fair and slim receptionist about our appointment,she asked us to wait.We waited there for almost 1 hour.Finally when we were called for our card or so at the reception.They enquired our voucher,I told her that how non professionally we had been guided on Whatsapp and showed her our conversation with their representative.It was not acknowledged and we have been given maximum hard time.We haven't been compansated for their agent's miscommunication and misguidance.Then this matter reached to the floor manager whose surname was Butt,she have been putting all the blame on us and continuously asking us to come again.We have been ringing Shafaq & Kami's numbers but no one picked up our call as usual.Then an argument started because they earlier misguided us, reconfirmed the appointment,we had to travel from far away and made us wait there for 1.15 hrs and afterwards refused us to provide any services.This argument was about to reach the police level for a resolution.But we instead decided to take the refund and not to visit this saloon again.Highly disappointed!
